SMALL BUSINESS, BIG IDEAS
Alright so you've figured out what you're passionate about, you started a small business that has seen some to great success and yet lately the foot traffic to your brick and mortar shop or the memberships to your services have started to decline or plateau. This is normal! It's important to remember that building your audience is an ongoing endeavor, not a one time enterprise. At my FREE workshop we will be discussing this concept and the tools and ideas you can implement to set yourself apart from your competition and encourage new growth due to positive customer experiences. You will learn how to go from being a "brand" to a "brand experience."
Why free? Well lucky for you THIS is my passion. I love working for Haywood County's Tourism Development Authority: Visit NC Smokies, and through my job I am able to take advantage of opportunities like attending Social Media Marketing World Conference, gaining a Tourism Marketing Professional Certificate from Southeast Tourism Society's 3 year Marketing College, and several other educational conferences and workshops. I have always genuinely enjoyed the pursuit of knowledge and sharing it with others in my community in comprehensible, relevant, and implementable segments. I get it, you own or work for a small business and don't have the funds or time to research trends and strategies on your own, so let me spend 3 hours with you catching you up on the latest ideas and tools to #EvolveYourGrind.
